Hula hooping is a great way to have fun and impress your friends. To become an expert hula hooper, all you need to do is practice!
It’s also a great way to work out if you’re looking to lose weight and get fit.
This Beginner Course will help to build yourself a solid base that you can level up from and start finding your flow.
This is a 8 sessions workshop where we target to teach –
– Waist Hooping
– Neck Hooping
– Hand to Neck Hooping
– Neck to Hand Hooping
– Palm Hooping
Hulahooping helps in hand eye coordination, increases body strength…basically learning while playing!!
