Zumba is a fitness program that uses a variety of dance styles in its routine like Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton and Hip Hop. It feels more like a dance party than a workout.

📍 Both fast and slow rhythms to help tone and sculpt the body.
📍 In Zumba dancing skills are not required as it has easy to follow repeated steps.
